DELIVERY & RETURNS

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Policy

At Yandex Design Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We value your satisfaction and have created this Refund Policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

     •The item you received is defective or damaged.
    •The item you received does not match your order (e.g., wrong size, design, or product).
    •The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (with tags and packaging intact).

Note: Customized or personalized items (e.g., sublimation t-shirts with your unique designs) are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:

   1.Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
   2.Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt) and photos of the item showing the issue.
   3.Ship the product back to us in its original condition, if required.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

   •Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
   •Late refund requests (beyond 7 days of delivery).
   •Items purchased during clearance sales or with special discounts (non-refundable unless defective).

4. Shipping Costs

   •Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.
   •Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

 We do not process exchanges. If you need a different product, size, or design, please place a new order.
